This presentation will present examples of common and uncommon immunological findings in nonclinical studies testing adeno-virus (AV) or adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors expressing multiple cytokine transgenes. The presentation will also include challenges encountered in designing and interpreting immunological data from these studies.
